How can I move to Sweden legally and gain citizenship?

I'm from the US, I'm 15 years old, I plan on getting a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and gaining about 1-5 years of experience before I go. How much experience do you need to find a job, will my degree help me over there, and exactly what do I need to do to move to and gain citizenship in Sweden? I love Sweden so much
