is my resume okay for Dairy Queen?

Should I add/change anything? Also, what should I say when I drop it off to the cashier... "Hi, I heard at the beginning of summer that you were hiring, and I was just wondering if you still were, and if I could get an application or give in a resume to the manager here." <-- is that good? do you think they will get the manager for me if I say that? Thanks for your help xx!

That's fine. The cashier is usually friendly and helpful. They know what it's like to ask for a job! The manager is usually busy though, so they may not have time to talk to you and you may have to come back or call later. Good luck.
