Is the Black Dahlia case, and/or the Jack the ripper too innapropriate for a 8th grade history fair project?
Okay. So ive always been really interested in the murder cases if black dahlia, and the 1800's serial killer Jack the ripper. So in doing a history project this year, I want to have something, Odd, and unique, something noone else is gonna use. And I want to use one of those. But im afraid that they may be to innapropriate for a 9th grade level class. Please help!

If I were your history teacher, and you did one of those, I might give you an A for effort if you did a good job, but give you a C for presenting something that tells us about history. I say go for it! If you're seriously interested in it, it would be very interesting to hear about. People that age have heard and seen worse. I guess to keep it appropriate don't put graphic pictures or go into grotesque detail of what happened.
