Please help!!! - How does one get a job today?

2yrs since i graduated college, I've had to have dropped at least 800 applications online and at the applicant PCs in stores, and only have found min. wage jobs at a retail stores. I have an associate degree in Office Administration, Does anyone have any suggestions on how to actually get an interview, a call back, or noticed in anyway without having experience, other than putting these applications in that are like needles in a haystack???
