Is restaurant management a bad career move?
My senior in high school daughter has a job at a resturant. They love her! They have offered her a management position in the near future and said they will pay college tuition related to culinary, restuarant & hospitality or business. She loves her job and has considered culinary school for a long time. She wants to do this. I think she should go to college and not go into restaurant management. It sounds hard for little pay.

It is hard work for little pay, but if she loves it, let her do it! Especially if the restaurant is going to pay for her education!
