Is It Wrong To Exploit Discrimination In The Workplace For Personal Gain?

Ok My Gf Works For A Store (Corporation) Has Over 30 Stores Or Something Like That, Anywho One Day My Gf And Her Boss Were Having A Convo About Dreads And He Expressed That He Thought They Were Digusting And How He Doesnt Approve Of The Hairstyle Which He Is Entitled To His Own Opinion, My Gf Stated That I Had Dreads ANd There Clean And How My Hair Always Smells Good Etc. Well Then He Said That She'd Never See A Employee With Dreads Working There Becuz He Doesnt Approve !!! So I Was Wondering Is It Morally Wrong To Set Him Up By Coaxing Him To Repeat It And Recording Him To Turn Him In And Sue Him... I Mean Thats Against The Law And We Could Get A Giant Settlement Or Even Own That Store ( I Think ) It Just Angers Me To See Loc Discrimination I Mean Come On Its Hair Fer Christ Sake As Long As Its Hygenic And Neat I Dnt See The Big Deal Truth Is Theres So Much Of This Prejudice Ppl Feel They Have To Change There Looks For A Job Which Is Totally UnAmerican We Have Laws In Place Fer A Reason And It Cleary Says On The Application Form That Were Protected Agaisnt This Type Of Negative Sterotypical Dicrimination But Obviously Its A Load Of Crock.. PLEASE LEAVE UR HONEST OPINION !!!!

Please don't capitalize every word of a sentence. It makes your question extremely hard to read. It's not against the law to refuse to hire somebody because of their hairstyle. Nobody has any reason to sue anyone.
