Is it possible for Romney and the rich to shelter wealth because libs oppose a flat tax with no loopholes?

I'm just saying, the lib politicians make the tax laws, then complain when it results in less revenue.

When the rich pay the same percentage of their income as I do on food and utilities, I'll pay the same percentage of my income as they do in taxes.

Most of those proposals are flat taxes on wages. They tax capital gains at 0% like Ryan does. Romney would pay about 0.8% if he keeps earning speaking fees at recent levels.
