How can I reassure my friend who's nervous starting a new temp job?
My friend has managed to get an ongoing temporary secretarial role through an agency, but the problem is the position is always vacant and she is wondering if someone has left that position as a few temps have come and gone from this particular role. There is nothing else on the horizon for her to start for the time being. What can I say to her? Shall I tell her just to form her own opinion of the job when she starts, or what?
