Can I get into ANY California State University with a 2.7gpa and 1570 sat?

Question in the title. I have around 25hrs of community service to put on top but no real extra curriculars. If you have a super negative answer please don't post because I'm really hoping for positive answers. My parents are practically kicking me out if I don't go to a 4yr school.
