I would like to become a youth pastor?

as far as career goes after high school, i know i want to be involved in youth, whether that is youth counseling, youth pastoring or both, but I feel like i may being called to becoming a youth pastor. does being a youth pastor have to be a full time job? I am an 18 year old senior in high school, if i want to become a youth pastor after i graduate where would i start? also as a footnote do have lots of camp counseling experience.

if you are in good standing as a member of your church, you should volunteer your services to your pastor. as long as you are walking in the light, growing and meet the qualifications for a minister in 1 tim 3, then you should be taken into consideration. if you arent, look around for another church. groundwire.net

You get your money for nothing and your chicks (or little boys) for free. Why would you choose to waste your life trying to sell delusion? Use your brain for something positive and productive.

you should probably take a few psychology courses in college then, but at a real university, not one of those fake bible colleges.
