Would cutting the corporate tax to zero bring all the outsourced manufacturing jobs back to the US?

That is the claim of Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson,and I was wondering if you could convince me this is true. I did not ask,"Would making it less expensive to do business here result in more business here?" Try answering the question I asked.

No. They will stay outsourced as long as they are making money doing it. Money creates no patriotism and those who have enough of it can go wherever they choose when things get bad where they are. They are seldom limited to one home in one hometown.

I am not a economist but it has to be competitive if you can make more money else where you go else where. I think it would be better to get rid of income tax first the corporations would just end up keeping the extra money they would not pay people more.
