Do Americans realize how much of a hole we're in?

Did you know the Fed pumped more money into the system in one year than what the Federal government collects in taxes in a year and we're still just plodding along. Do Americans realize that the baby boom boom has gone bust? Demographics, deleveraging and deflation will keep us depressed for a long time.

Do you NOT remember the mess we were in 4 years ago? Would you have preferred to be in a depression? Just how stupid ARE you?

Yes, that's why they all cheered Leno's latest jab at 0bozo: Dumbertime thinks 44 straight months of +8% unemployment, a new record, 'isn't that bad'.

Deflation? Deflation was a concern about 2 years ago. Now there greater focus on reducing unemployment and a little inflation might be a issue in the years to come. We have some issues we need to work through, but they are all manageable. We will likely have slow growth for the next five years, but considering how bad... More

Yup, our children and grandchildren will remember this generation as a generation of dumba$$ politicians who ruined this country.

Our debt to GDP was considerably worse after WWII and we don't even remember a recession during that period. That's because Truman was out front with well targeted stimulus for both the US and Europe.

It has little, if anything, to do with boomers. Boomers became educated, got jobs and worked hard. The generations after them have become entitlement babies. That is ruining our economy.

If America goes down it will be to the benefit of the wealthiest, with the complacency of the masses.

I realize we are in a BIG hole. I mean it's a bad economy with Obama as president and it will reflect the rich if Romney is elected. The federal government is messed up too with all the laws they make now a days. Along with a bad economy on they're end as well.

Don't blame me, you people won't listen. Capitalism has failed, you just don't realize it yet. We've managed to hurt the planet more in the last 100 years than we did in the previous 1000000 years.

Always think the worst, that'll help huh? I am thinking that what this country needs more than anything is a good dose of positive thinking, I am serious. All this negativity is truly a bummer!
