What is a job to do with mental/psychological disabilities?
It is way too early for me to be thinking about jobs, but I am really interested in the brain and helping people with disorders, I just find it fascinating and research different psychological disorders. I know they are sensitive things to talk about, but I am so curious about them... I'm not perfect myself so you know... Just wondering what jobs one could have in that area of research.

There are the obvious jobs of a psychologist (therapist) and psychiatrist (MD who specializes in mental disorders), however these professionals see patients/clients for short periods of time. There are social workers who help people with mental illness manage things in their daily lives such as accessing medical care... More
