Applied to many jobs and interview acceptance and get a better offer?

I want to ask this before it happens. If I apply to multiple jobs and then I few one interview and then I get accepted. But then a few days later, a better opportunity comes along, whether it pays better or something I really wanted to do. What am I suppose to do if this happens? I understand that I can probably go to the interview for the second place but what happens if I do get accepted? What should I do to the place I got accepted previously a few days back?

You tell them that your sorry you wouldn't be working with them though you'd like to but you got a better oppurtunity somewhere else. They are probably going to accept the second place guy or keep looking.
