It seems that hard work, perseverance & honesty is no longer the prerequisite to success. Success is now guaranteed through pity, special privilege legislatures, or patronizing sympathy as the incumbent has proven cheered upon by msnbc, cbs, nbc.
Despite the challenger giving away his inheritance, gave to charities, didn't take advantage of any tax deduction the incumbent does, took no salary as a Massachusetts Governor, a Dollar salary for the Utah Olympic, & save, strengthen, or expand Domino's Pizza, Sealy, Brookstone, Weather Channel, Burger King, Monsanto, Staples, Burlington, Warner Music Group, Dollarama, Home Depot Supply, Sports Authority, Steel Dynamics (SDI) which has since grown to become the fifth-largest U.S. producer of carbon-steel products, and many other successful companies. He's got to kiss a garbage man/woman's behind as well, while the garbage man kisses the incumbent's behind whose achievement prior to the presidency was a community organizer & present voting senator whose main motivation is give speeches, talk shows, & celebrities rather than experience common peoples lively hood such as serving subway sandwiches, or flipping burgers which never happened in 08 even now.
During the challenger's campaign for governor, the challenger decided to spend a day every few weeks doing the jobs of other people in Massachusetts. Among other jobs, the challenger cooked sausages at Fenway Park, worked on an asphalt paving crew, stacked bales of hay on a farm, volunteered in an emergency room, served food at a nursing home, and worked as a child-care assistant. The challenger is often asked which was the hardest job – "it’s child care, by a mile". One day the challenger gathered trash as a garbage collector. Stood on that little platform at the back of the truck, holding on as the driver navigated his way through the narrow streets of Boston. As they pulled up to traffic lights, the challenger noticed that the shoppers and business people who were standing only a few feet from him didn’t even see him. It was as if the challenger was invisible. Perhaps it was because a lot of us don’t think garbage men are worthy of notice, but disagrees cause anyone who works that hard deserves our respect.
Did the incumbent ever gave the garbage men who picked up his trash over the years a hug? not even hollywood celebrities gave them a hug or an autograph or better yet invite them into the house for brunch.
They probably say something like you earn twice to triple the minimum wage now you want some pampering & attention, sorry but that is reserve to my kids & pets.
