I also heard that statement and was like "BLINK"??? 90 Billion? Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "green energy" huh? Im not a Romney supporter -- but THIS should continue to be a talking point. I wanna know more about this "program".

$90B is the total amount of investments by the DoE's recovery act program, not the loss from failed companies and not even just green energy.
