What is the best way to get into a ballet company?

I started dancing when i was 12 and am currently 13 at level beg 2 and I love dancing. My dream is to be in the New York Ballet compony. I was wondering what the best way to train is. I am currently at a studio and did not know weather you train at a collage when you graduate or you just starting trying out for componies.
