Can my boobs give me back pain?

So lets start I'm 15 turning 16 in a month and since I turned 15 I was already a 32F and now I switch from 32F and 30G. I`ve felt back pain before but I just thought that was always because I was laying in my bed playing the computer most of the time or maybe it was because of my heavy school bags but now I got a part time job and I thought it would be easy. There was a lot of times that I had to be standing up and after 3 hours of working and standing my lower back started hurting (actually I think it was after an hour of working XP) I remember my mother making a joke that my back pain might be caused by my boobs but I never really payed attention to what she said because I thought it was a joke (also my boobs don't even seem that big but they might be big for my size cause I have a small frame) and now I got curious so I did the water weighing thing with your boobs (where you get 2 containers and fill it with water and put your boobs on both of them and weigh the spilled water) the spilled water was 1L or 1 Kilo so 0.5 Kilos a boob? anyways I think that would be heavy... can that weight like hurt my back? (or hurt my back to the degree that my work ended 4 hours ago and my back still hurts also I've been laying on my bed ever since I got home) Addition I have a perfectly good posture when sitting or standing (strict grandmother don't ask) Is my lower back pain caused by the weight of my boobs or something else? What can cause lower back pain to this degree? How can I fix this or what kind of doctor should I see? (my back pain is mostly on the curve below the part of the spine where rib cage is attached to) Side note I'm 5'1 weigh 112 lbs 35 bust, 26 waist and 36 hips (I think that's considered as a small frame) THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

I am a size 12G and so i have a pretty small frame but really big boobs, and they sure as hell give me back pain. Just think of all that weight pushing down on your shoulders and your back trying to support them. I also get shortness of breath and headaches from it... More
