Will Romney ever admit Nationally that he lied about Obama cutting $716 million from medicare benefits?

Romney knows and has admitted before that he was wrong on the medicare attack, and Obama didn't cut medicare benefits, but cut it from medicare providers like insurance companies who were over charging.

Romney will say anything to become President. Ryan's budget plan even includes the $716 billion reallocation. Most voters are so dumb they rarely know the details.
