How can I enhance my computer skills?

I know how to work a computer, but I would like to learn more about them. I would like to persure a career in computers such as computer science or something of that nature.

If you want a career in computers then you will need a 4 year college Bachelors degree as a minimum. Some people make it OK with a 2 year Associates degree but that is really not ideal. A good place to start is learning basic computer troubleshooting and repair. Go to your local book store and get the text books for the CompTIA A+ certification exams. Those will teach you how to be a computer technician. From there there's lots of options and paths to pursue.

College or a community college. Also ask a lot of questions of people who are computer savvy.

Depending on your age will decide the answer. If you are young, look to find jobs that will give you the experience. For example, Best Buy or P.C. Richard.
