Funneling taxpayer money to wall street for corporations that donate big bucks to his campaign. I'd like to know how that helps the middle class? No it wasn't money well spent it has put thousands of coal miners out of work.

No. There will probably no more than 600 jobs in the so-called "green' industry and all the components are made in China, so there is very little benefit to the American people, directly or otherwise. It's money largely wasted.
