I am starting a construction job outdoors, but I am worried that I may get sunburned by the sun?

Will I get sunburned as a construction worker, If I wear sunscreen everyday, will there still be damage to me?

It won't damage you half as much as it would without. You should be fine

No. My family works construction and don't use sunscreen (they work insane shifts too) you will be ok.

... and you expect astronomers to do something about it perhaps? Wear sunscreen and a shirt. A full space suit might make you look rather over-dressed

Sunburn? Not if your are careful. Damage? Yes. But by wearing long sleeved shirts, long pants and a hat with a brim, you will protect a lot of your skin. Depends on your location. Where I'm at in North America, its going to be getting, colder, wetter with less sun as autumn turns to winter. If you are in say, Australia, then, you might have a chance to worry.
