Why don't liberals understand that a corporations first responsibility is to their stockholders?

If you make it unprofitable for corporations to do business they have no choice but to cut costs. Usually by moving jobs overseas.

Even if they were profitable, they would be even more profitable by moving jobs overseas. Either way, "free trade" is cheating the American worker.

Again, corporations are making record profits under Obama. Romney increased regulations and fees on corporations as governor of Massachusetts.

Why don't Conservatives, who are supposedly all about the Constitution, know that until about 1889, publicly coporations were illegal in the US. The framers of the Constitution DID NOT want us to create a military/industrial complex.
