Is receiving money from a customer into my personal acc and sending it via Western union to the company legal?
I have been offered a job where customers will pay money direct into my personal acc and then i will transfer the money via western union or money gram to the company (not sure if local or overseas yet) the company has told me they do this to reduce taxes and is apparently legal in Australia and will pay me 5% commission on each transaction that goes through my account, I just want to know whether this is a legal and legitimate process?

Any financial transaction that deals with Western Union is a scam. However, by all means follow the directions given, but don't say you weren't warned.
