That's what the incumbent does with Paneta, Intelligence commitee, Pentagon, JOSC when they had pin pointed where UBL was & it still took some time to convince the incumbent what course of action should be. No there is a huge difference. Obama has intentionally supported Islamic revolutions and delayed an attack on Iran by Israel in an attempt to destroy Israel.
