Would changing presidents during wartime be a risk to safety?

Republicans told us in 2004 we should not change presidents during wartime. Afganistan is winding down but still going on. Republicans also told us it is not the presidents job to create jobs in 2004, did they lie? Obama has proven he can keep us safer then last Romney type president. I don't blame Obama for generation outsources economy .

If it was such a risk to safety, then we should have drafted Cheyney to be President in 2008 rather than making the switch to Obama.

NO, we did it when Eisenhower was elected over Stevenson and it came out GREAT. If Obama is wrong you must vote Romney.
