So obama took the bait hook line and sinker?

Romney threw out the bait and the idiot bit hook line and sinker. Romney is intelligent enough to know to hire smart people and you will look smart. So these smart people came up with a plan to draw the angry-in-chief in to his trap. Romney said many times we have a smaller navy now than 1917 and the fish bit. "Governor Romney we also have fewer bayonets. etc. We have aircraft carriers etc. we don't need more ships" And thus ended any chance for obama to win in Virginia the place where ships are built. The people of Virginia are now complaining about the lack of knowledge the president has on what creates jobs in Virginia. So who is the dumb one in Virginia and one other point when i was in the service we were issued bayonets and trained with them

The main swing state is Ohio, not Virginia. If Obama wins that, it's going to be very difficult for Romney to win. I'm not aware of any major Naval shipbuilding yards in Ohio, except the American Ship Building Company, not a top player... More

And they do have more on order (bayonets). Also do you think articles from 77' would apply to this debate? Obama knows nothing about navel requirements, or much at all about the military in general. He does not attend his briefings, will not spend much time with his generals if at all. If you know not, at least... More
