Proofread this paragraph?

Please place a symbol @ after each corrected error so that I can edit this in my essay: The government-created program lifeline provides subsidized phones to low income Americans who have been eligible for other forms of government assistance like Medicaid or food stamps. One signup is allowed per household and each one entitles the family to a free mobile or land line phone and 250 free lifeline minutes per month. As such, not only can parents keep their children contactable and apply for jobs, they provide an essential safety net linking people to emergency services. The program is funded by other telecom users and is charged directly under the “Universal Service Fund”, which brought contactability to over 17 million households since 1985. The telecom Tracfone Wireless has gained substantial customer base as customers who are no longer eligible for the scheme remain Tracfone customers, while the government subsidy has locked in 11% of their profits. Wow, my english is terrible.
