I smoked weed almost every day for 3 months?

How long do you think it will take to get out of my system i havent smoked in almost 2 weeks. I want to get a job being an Automotive Technician and clean my life up. How long do you think im safe to take a drug test. What kind of drug tests do these companies perform? Like a dealership like GM or Ford or BMW or Mercedes? Is it hair or urine? What if I smoke again, will it make it take even super longer will it add on a day or two?
