What are job agencies and is it worth signing up?

I hear people giving their CV to job agencies for jobs is it worth doing I have a degree with a few work experience and voluntary work would business degree be okay?

Job agencies take your CV, interview and ask you all the questions relevant for the type of work they have on offer, this is so the employer doesn't have to do all this. Then they look at the jobs they have on file and put you forward for certain roles. They are usually for office roles unless they are indusry specific... More
