Should I live in Singapore, Panama, or Brazil?

I'm the father of a family of 4 and my company is relocating me from here in the US to either Singapore, Panama, or Brazil. Thing is they told me I could choose which place I'd rather live in, and once I've done that, the place I chose would most likely be the place I'd go to. The job conditions (work hours, salaries) are very similar in all three places and I'd be okay with every single one of them. Ofcourse I won't pick a place because of someone's opinion but could you guys just like give me the advantages and disadvantages of each place and your opinion on where my family and I should go move to ? By the way I'm married and I have two boys, one is 9 and the other one is 13. The estimated time I'd live there for is 3 years and if I were to live in Brazil I'd move in like mid January and If I were to live in either Panama or Singapore it would be in the beginning of July, I really don't mind moving now or later. I'd live in Sao Paulo if in Brazil

I think Brazil is better. It is full of festivals. The beach life is great. And brazil is vast. There is so much to see. I really want to go to Rio. Ha ha ha.

I would like to add to Norbert's observations, they are good ones. The only thing I would disagree with is the quality of Panamanian Spanish--not the purest but not really worse than Dominican, Puerto Rican or Venezuelan Spanish but does have a distinct accent... More
