What would you do to create more jobs in America?

Suppose you can enact any law Suppose you have a substantial amount of money ( e.g. 500 billion USD ) Harwarda Very interesting indeed!! Henry I do have my concerns about lowering the Corporate taxes. I mean it CAN be a good idea, but what would stop them from investing their extra earnings oversea ( e.g. in China) ? Namery, Mmm there's already a wall and it's not working ( it doesn't stop illegals and it doesn't stop drugs) I don't see how a higher thicker wall would work. Harwarda, Where did you get that list? could you provide a link ? Thanks
