How can I immigrate to New Zealand?

I am 24, I have bachelor degree of visual communication (graphic design), 2 years job experience in international company, and I also work as freelancer, I have good CV, I know lots of software and I am skilled in Photography, Illustration and Web and Multimedia Designing. I also want to pursue my education in Media Management or art research, what do you think, is that increase my chances for immigration or not? How can I immigrate to New Zealand? Can you tell me what should I do step by step? What are my chances? Thanks in advance @Angel : why? explain please?
