experience in start up as java developer?

Im going to join a startup company that will start operations on december 1st this year as a java developer in bangalore..i will take up this job because i dont have any other jobs in hand and also the profile is exactly what i love .. but in future, will experience in startups be considered by other companies as valuable?

I believe that your experience with a startup could be highly valued. I believe that startups have a reputation for being more innovative than larger more established companies. To get your career started any experience is essential so that you can point to it and prove that you are not inexperienced.

Whether it is startup or big company it doesnt matter. As per Indian recruiter mindset it should be a job where you learn things well.
