How to be come an actor without experience and not knowing if I have talent or not?

Im more a behind the scenes guy, Ive taken video production classes for 3 years, I not a genius but I know a little bit about camera and editing. I kind of want to get into acting now, I like the fact that you can be somebody else and live there life. I dont want to be a Matt Damon or Will Smith or Zac Efron or Taylor Lautner famous! I would like to be an actor with a mild part in a Indie movie or a short film, not the main lead! When I say movie I would like to be in a Indie movie. I do however have a communication disorder, which is mixed receptive/expressive language disorder its basically hard to get the words out of what I say while thinking at the same time with being articulate. I know sometimes what to say but I dont know how to say it correctly. However Im not going to let that get in the way. I also dont have the best memory, but I heard its alright if you are on a movie or TV set because you're doing 1 or 2 scenes a day, and that the writers can switch things in the plot of the story at anytime. But thats why I would like to have a small to medium part. I dont have a lot of experience really, but during my senior year in high school I participated in the Black History Month play and I recited a famous poem, I was really nervous but Ive done it 6 times because weve done it at school for the students because there were 6 period classes. To my knowledge I remember that 2 times during that day I had messed up but that was it. But thats all the experience I had. I plan on getting a Associated Degree in Theater at a community college. Even though I plan on getting a degree in theater, I still would pursue acting as a hobby, if I can work during the day on a actual career and then act on the side. Because waiting tables is not a job! lol My questions are How to be a actor with a memory problems? How to be in a Indie Film? How to get experience? Where do I go if I want experience? How do I know if Im good at acting? How can I tell if I have potential to act?

Why don't you get a book on monologues and work on that. As some point you will have to put yourself out there. You might not get a part, but you might get a part. If you want you can sign up for a class. Most people don't go at things the first time around. Don't get discouraged.
