What degree would I have to get to become a Baker/Pastry Chef?

The college I'm looking to go to has a program but I'm not sure if it's for a Pastry Chef. The program is called Culinary Arts, which I would think that's more of just a regular Chef. What program/degree would I need to get to become a Pastry Chef? My goal is to either get a job working at a bakery or open my own with my sister, making all kinds of sweets.
