Can I get hospitality jobs in Scandinavian countries?

I am interested to work in Scandinavian countries... but heard that getting jobs in hospitality and tourism travel industry there is a challenge... but am dying to get there. my question is is it really hard to get jobs in Sweden, Norway etc., I even searched in web and so was the result is very limited.. so if anyone is familiar with these places please help me clear my doubt.

There are lots of hospitality jobs in NORWAY! I live there and almost everyone at Norwegian hotels and restaurants come from other countries!
