I would like to move somewhere in Scotland?

Hi, I have read things on the internet about how hard is to get a job in Scotland right now. I am 21 and my boyfriend is 20, I would like for us and our dog to be able to move to Scotland sometime in the next three to four years. Although, I was wondering if there were any colleges in Scotland that have a dental assisting program? I know there are some equestrian programs which are great, but are there dental assisting with the equestrian programs? And if i were able to move how would my boyfriend be able to go with me on a student visa? and how long could we stay? I know that for 2 one-way tickets its almost 2,000. Not counting the cost of a car, rent, bills, groceries, ect. and is there a deposit on dogs and such? I will honestly say I don't much about Scotland but I would love to. I would love to live there and go to school there and work there. It is such a beautiful place. Thanks for any help :)
