What is Randstad and how will it help me get a job?

My bro has suggested that I go to this place called Randstad to look for a job but I don't know what it is. I looked up online and it seems like they look for jobs and when one is available, they call you. I've never done anything like this so I don't know if what to expect. What do I bring, what do I ask. I'm too unsure of myself about this.

It is an employment agency, who contracts with local business owners to provide candidates for filling temporary positions within their companies. They will advertise the positions at the national payrate. But when you get a check you will be getting $2 to $5 less per hour than they advertise.
