Is my workplace haunted or is my mind playing games with me?

I'm a Security Officer in the state of Texas and I usually work the graveyard shift. My shift begins at 11pm and ends at 7am. I'm currently working in a state facility and it's a pretty cool site. I'm alone at work; like most Security Guards. I've been working at that site for 4 months or a little more and I never had any problems there. Last night I was doing my third round (in complete darkness only using my flashlight as my light source) patrolling inside the old, historical main building and I saw a man enter a room at the end of the hallway. I hurried to see who it was and tried to open the door he opened; it was locked. I have the keys to the entire site so I used one to open that door and when I did, all I saw was cleaning equipment. That room turned out to be a janitor's closet and no one was inside! I clearly saw someone go in that room. I honestly got scared and decided to leave the building. As I was walking in the dark hallway towards the exit, I felt like someone was right behind me but I didn't bother to look back. Could this be real or just my imagination?

This is something you keep secret before people think you've gone off the deep end. Don't even think about... More

I believe in ghost. I work in a hospital and I could tell you all kinds of creepy stories. Your not crazy. You saw a ghost! I have also had the feeling of walking so close behind me that I could feel them on my heals.
