How do I make a career change out of retail sales?

I'm currently a sales manager at a retail mattress company. I want to make a career change but I feel suck since my job experience is mostly sales. I recieved a bachelors in 03 and a masters in 05 (altheic administration) but since I didn't go work in my field of study the degree seems useless now. I'm good at sales but I really do not like the pressure, your only good as your last sale and there's no growth in my company. Can someone like myself in retail sales make a career change? If so what career's?

You have the makings of a leader. You have experience with sales and management. Your degree suggests that you also know how to lead a team. Get certified as a project manager (PMI). Those jobs pay well, there's pressure involved in the work, but it's pressure that YOU manage, not your customers.

Teaching? A short certificate would do it.

Do you still want to work in athletic administration? If so, start contacting every school district and private school in you area. Start networking with A.D.'s and principals as well. Positions come open all the time. Maybe try and coach a sport.
