Difference between working in a nursing home and working in a hospital?

I currently work in the nursing home as a certified nurses aide and got a job at the hospital as a patient care technician. Whats the difference between both jobs? Also, is working at a hospital more diffifcult? thanks!

Seems like in a nursing home, you'd see the same patients on a daily basis and have more time to get used to their idiosyncracies and habits. Good luck!

Each job comes with their own little nuances. I would imagine working on the floor of a hospital is easier than a nursing home, but that may not be true. You'll have the same basic duties.
