What jobs can you get if you have an Associates Degree in Psychology?

I am going to a community college for Nursing this year, but after spring semester I am going to be put on a waiting list so I am going to have a whole year off school. I was thinking about getting my AA in Psychology in case things in the Nursing field do not work out when I am done. I have most of the pre-requisites done for it already so I would only have about a semester left to do. Are there any actual jobs you can do with a AA or do you pretty much have to have a bachelors? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
