Can I buy a car from a used car dealership without a drivers license?
I'm 19 years old have no license or state ID however I do have a job make $8.25 an hour and get paid every other friday by paycheck so I make about $800 something - $900 something in a month. I've been working since June 8th and have saved about $5000 something and it's going to keep on growing. Live in the state of California. Can it work? also I have NO credit.

Yes, you only need a license to drive on public roads. Buy the car and then have it transported via a tow truck or car trolley to where you live. The car has to be registered and you have to be licensed to drive it on public roads but you will not need either to buy one.

Sure... you just can't test drive it, or take it home.
