What are descent jobs for someone without a college degree?

I have a high school diploma and am willing to work hard. I am not expecting a lot of pay but descent enough to pay bills and raise money to pay college in the future. What kind of jobs could I get other than fast food? I am 22.

First of all it's "decent" not descent. Stuff like fast food can pay the bills, just not at first. People move up to management all the time at places like that. So I would recommend finding a company that likes to promote from within (a good interview question too) and stick with that for a while.

I was learning to work on cars since I was a kid. I didn't go to college to learn any of that. There's construction, but you can be out of... More

If you are free to move then check out the oil fields in North Dakota. They are begging for people.
