What can i do if company is trying not to pay me after quiting in october?

Quit a job in october never received my check called countless times and spoke to general manager and both assistant managers all of them say i will mail tomorow when i say i'm coming in they tell me no i'll mail it and now its it was mailed today i haven't received any returns and i can't mail another until i get a return.. i never received my pay from when i worked what legal action can i take to make sure i collect my check before it gets voided out this is getting ridiciolous if it helps i live in pennsylvania and the company is panera bread. Thanks, Also how can i contact the state about this issue?

Go to the PA depArtment of labor website. There should be a place on there to file a claim against an employer for unpaid wages.

Send them a certified letter demanding payment and then file suit in small claims court.
