What kind of jobs can I get if I am bilingual?

I am about to finish my AA [general 2 year degree] and I speak spanish and english, native language being english. I am starting at university in the spring, my current major is psychology but I am not really attached to it. I was wondering what kind of jobs I could get being bilingual, first with just my AA and then with my BS. I would really love to use my ability because I love the language. Also, are there any places online I could begin my search for specifically bilingual jobs?

Doesn't matter where you work - many places want or need a person who are bilingual or multilingual. I live in NY and the jobs needed for translators/interpreters or general language skills are: medicine, police/fire departments, law offices/courts/government/military and schools... More

Retail stores or call centers serving bilingual populations. In most of those areas there are lots of people who speak English and Spanish, so that won't really set you apart in a job search.

Bilingual skills enhance any jobs these days. At the hospital, we have interpreters. However, you have to relay some pretty sad news and you aren't allowed to be emotional about it. You might have to tell someone their child is dying, etc. There are lots of jobs at the airport for bilingual people.
