Can anyone explain the GOP position on the Fiscal Cliff and why its good?

In other words, we are being told that making Trump and Koch bros richer all our economic problems are over. How stupid can you be? Don't you realize that corporations create jobs when there is an increase in demand for their products. Any corporation that needs money for expansion can borrow it at record low interest rates, then deduct the interest and depreciate the new assets they bought. They don't need a tax break for any reason other than to stuff the pockets of those who already have millions. Even Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and lately AT&T came out said that higher taxes on the rich is the right way to go. Then we can put a balanced plan into effect with cost reductions as well. Get on board. The GOP is simply trying to loot the Treasury. Look fellas, I am asking for a good reason for the GOP policies. How does it work? If you give a Fortune 500 company a tax windfall what will they do ? They could do a stock buy-back, raise dividends, or declare higher bonuses. They would not hire anybody because they don't need to. Tell me what I don't understand.

A corporation should borrow over using it's own money??? If you are for a balanced plan then you should be for the cuts being immediate.
