Can we reasonable draw the conclusion that the Liberal mentality breeds mass shootings?

Let's see? A gunman opened fire early Tuesday morning during a shift change at Hartford Distributors, a beer distributorship near Hartford, Conn., and ABC News has been told that nine people, including the gunman, have died. The suspect was identified as Omar S. Thornton, 34, Minutes after a woman was suspended and escorted from her job at the Kraft Foods plant in Northeast Philadelphia, she returned with a .357 Magnum and opened fire, killing two women and critically injuring a third co-worker Yvonne Hiller Suspect James Holmes purchases a ticket and walks into the movie theater. He sneaks out an exit door and leaves it propped open, gathers his weapons and gear, and walks back into Theater 9 through the exit door. Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts said about 10,000 people were in the mall at the time. No law enforcement officers fired any shots when they arrived, sheriff's Sgt. Adam Phillips said. The 1.4 million-square-foot mall remained closed Wednesday as investigators looked for clues about the attack. Is that not reasonable?

You forgot Jared Laughner , Gabby Giffords # 1 fan . Seldom reported is that Laughner is a Lib that was a big fan of Gifford. EDIT @ Big Pussy, the weapon used in Oregon was stolen so gun control laws would have been useless. DON"T YOU PEOPLE READ THE NEWS ?

As far as I can tell, all you've just stated is evidence of mass shootings, not evidence of a liberal mentality, and certainly not a connection between a liberal mentality and mass shootings.

"A liberal mentality" ? That don't seem logical to me. I have friends who've boasted of "liberal mentalities" for 3 decades now. Yet so far, none of my friends has ever killed anybody with their "mentality" alone. Unless you have truly awesome ESP abilities, some sort of weapon is required.

It's unreasonable to say that it's the Liberal mentality. Of course, it is completely indisputable that the MAJORITY of such crimes occur at the hand of those who are leaning towards Liberal, I will not deny. Before I go on, I'd like to identify as dead centre on the political spectrum. I support views that are from... More
