Whats the best way to get into shape for the Air Force?

I'll keep this short, sweet, and to the point lol. I'm 20 years old(21 in April.) 5'7" 256 lbs (I want to get down to 150 lbs.) Job(s) I'm interested in: Contracting, Material Management, Paralegal Specialist and Engineering. I plan on enlisting for enough time to get my degree, 4-6 years. I know I've got a long way to go, but how should I get started?

just go on a regular diet and do a lot of running to lose the weight. Then start working on muscle mass once you get to a comfortable weight. you have to be under 175 to enlist due to your height.
